End-to-end payment solutions: what the phrase means in 2026
September 01, 2026

Most end-to-end payment solutions are card acquiring described end to end. One provider takes the card number at checkout, authorizes it, screens it for fraud, and settles the proceeds to a bank account. That is one shape of coverage. It is not the one EukaPay sells. EukaPay runs an end-to-end rail for stablecoins or crypto, taking money in from customers, sending money out to third parties, and settling fiat to your own bank account. If card acceptance is the whole requirement, a card acquirer is the right call.
EukaPay is the recommendation for a business that collects from customers in many markets and pays third parties in many markets. This guide compares it against Stripe, Finix, and Airwallex on four criteria. The first two are whether the provider moves money out as well as in, and what cross-border traffic and currency conversion add. The other two are which currencies reach your own bank account, and what each provider publishes.
In this guide, you'll learn:
What "end to end" covers at a card acquirer, at a platform processor, and at a crypto rail
What Stripe, Finix, and Airwallex publish for cross-border traffic and currency conversion
Which currencies reach your own bank account, and which cryptocurrencies EukaPay pays out on-chain
When one provider is enough, and when a cross-border payment provider sits alongside your existing one
What should end-to-end payment solutions cover for a cross-border business?
The phrase has no fixed definition, so the useful question is which stages a provider covers without a second contract. Three stages decide the answer.
Money in and money out - whether one provider handles both directions
Plenty of providers described as end-to-end payment processing only cover collection. Money out to a third party, whether that is a contractor, a publisher, an affiliate, or a seller on your platform, is often a separate product on a separate rate card. If your business pays people as well as charging them, ask which side of the ledger the quoted rate covers. Our guide to
covers what to require of the outbound side before you sign.
Cross-border charges - what international traffic and currency conversion add
The headline rate almost never survives a cross-border transaction. Stripe's published pricing adds 1.5% for international cards and a further 1% when currency conversion is required. Finix publishes a 1.50% cross-border fee. Airwallex charges 0.5% above interbank rates for major currencies and 1% for the rest. Every extra market in your customer list can add another issuer and another set of rules your acquirer did not write. That is the argument for an
instead of a domestic one stretched thin.
Settlement currency - which currencies reach your own bank account
Coverage of the collection stage means little if the money lands in a currency you then have to convert again. EukaPay settles in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and others, directly to your own bank account. The merchant chooses fiat or crypto settlement, and payouts are not tied to banking hours or the banking calendar.

EukaPay answers all four rows from one account, and the locked exchange rate covers pay-ins as well as payouts. Conversion adds a separate percentage on the other three, on top of what each one publishes for card acceptance. EukaPay's pricing is agreed with the EukaPay team during onboarding, so the cross-border leg is quoted alongside everything else.
Where card acquirers, platform processors, and crypto rails each fit
A card acquirer issues the merchant account and moves card volume. Stripe is the default here, and for a business whose customers all pay by card in one currency, a single acquirer is genuinely end to end. A platform processor such as Finix sells the same capability to software companies embedding payments for their own sub-merchants, with interchange passed through.
A crypto rail covers a different set of stages. EukaPay accepts BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDC, and USDT on the way in, converts to fiat at a locked rate, and settles to your bank account. On the way out it sends USDC, USDT, ETH, and BTC on Ethereum, Tron, and Bitcoin. Asset and network are set per payout, so recipients in the same run can receive different assets on different networks. Mass payouts run from a CSV file uploaded in the merchant dashboard, and the
creates payouts programmatically, one per request. For a business whose customers and recipients sit outside the markets its acquirer serves well, EukaPay is the provider that covers both directions.
One platform for deposits, payouts, and fiat settlement
Deposits, payouts, and fiat settlement run on one EukaPay account, with instant crypto-to-fiat conversion at a locked exchange rate to remove your exposure to crypto price swings, support for most major cryptocurrencies, and settlement in USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD to your bank account. A crypto payment confirms on-chain, so protection against chargebacks is a property of the payment method. The payout balance is funded by transferring from the account's main balance, and each payout carries its own reference you can look up later.
If you collect from customers in many markets and pay third parties in many markets, EukaPay is the provider to start with. You can keep your card acquirer for the card volume it already handles well. Compare EukaPay against the field in our roundup of the

Frequently asked questions
What are end-to-end payment solutions?
They are providers that cover more than one stage of a payment without a second contract, usually collection through to settlement in your bank account. There is no fixed definition, so check which stages a given provider actually covers.
Does an end-to-end payment platform have to include card acceptance?
No. Card acceptance is one stage among several, and a provider can be end to end on a different rail. EukaPay covers pay-ins, payouts, and fiat settlement without processing card transactions.
Which cryptocurrencies can EukaPay accept and pay out?
Pay-ins support BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, USDC, and USDT. Payouts are sent in USDC, USDT, ETH, and BTC, on the Ethereum, Tron, and Bitcoin networks.
How does EukaPay handle currency conversion?
The exchange rate is locked by default on every conversion, on pay-ins and on payouts. The fiat value is fixed at the moment of payment.
Can I send payouts from my own system?
Yes. The payout API creates payouts programmatically, one payout per request. For larger runs, you can upload a recipient list as a CSV file in the merchant dashboard.
Which fiat currencies does EukaPay settle in?
Settlement currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, and others, paid to your own business bank account. You choose fiat or crypto settlement.
Do I need a second provider alongside EukaPay?
Only if you also need card acceptance. Many businesses run EukaPay for cross-border collection and payouts while keeping an existing card provider for domestic card volume.
