Where You Come In

The Growth Marketing Associate will support the execution of EukaPay’s growth marketing initiatives across content, PR, and ecosystem visibility. This is a full-time remote role, with the company based in Toronto, Canada.

In this role, you will contribute to multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives while helping strengthen EukaPay’s brand presence within the global fintech and crypto ecosystem. You will work closely with leadership to bring EukaPay’s mission to life through clear external communication, thought leadership, and impactful marketing initiatives.

You will play a key role in expanding EukaPay’s market presence by supporting brand positioning, industry visibility, and content initiatives that engage partners, investors, and enterprise clients across the digital payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Positioning & Strategic Narrative

• Support the development and refinement of EukaPay’s positioning as a global stablecoin payments and settlement infrastructure platform

• Help develop clear messaging and value propositions tailored for partners, investors, and enterprise clients

• Conduct market and competitive analysis across fintech, crypto, and payments infrastructure

Thought Leadership & Content Strategy

• Create high-quality content including blog posts, case studies, and industry insights

• Support the development of founder thought-leadership content, including LinkedIn posts and commentary on industry trends

• Contribute to research insights and industry reports designed to generate visibility and credibility

Media, PR & Industry Visibility

• Support outreach for media coverage, podcast opportunities, and industry commentary

• Assist with press releases related to partnerships, product launches, and company milestones

• Help build relationships with journalists and media outlets covering fintech, payments, and crypto markets

Social Media & Digital Authority

• Manage and grow EukaPay’s presence on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)

• Support the launch and management of a LinkedIn Newsletter or periodic industry insights updates

• Maintain consistent thought leadership and industry-focused content

Events, Partnerships & Ecosystem Visibility

• Support coordination of speaking opportunities and panel participation at fintech and crypto conferences

• Assist with marketing strategy and logistics for industry events and conferences

• Help maintain relationships with fintech platforms, crypto infrastructure providers, and ecosystem partners

Market Visibility & Analytics

• Maintain and optimize EukaPay’s presence across Crunchbase, PitchBook, Dealroom, and other industry directories

• Monitor marketing metrics such as media mentions, engagement, and website traffic

• Support initiatives that increase EukaPay’s visibility across the fintech and digital asset ecosystem

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, or communications

• Hands-on experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or digital payments ecosystems (required)

• Proficient in English is a must

• Experience working in startups or small teams, ideally in fast-paced environments

• Strong written communication and storytelling skills

• Ability to translate complex crypto or fintech concepts into clear, compelling messaging

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment

• Comfortable working independently in a remote team
